Keith has over 40 years hospitality management experience both in South Africa and Australia. Before moving to Mansfield in 2005, Keith and Sally managed a four star resort in the Blue Mountains for over 10 years.

Keith and Sally saw the need for a hospitality supply business in Mansfield, as these supplies had always been purchased out of the local area. This now results in time and cost savings for the business community.
